Corporate Social Responsibility : Our Concern Towards Society

Inspired by our founder Shri SL Kirloskar and guided by the words “Enriching Lives” as enshrined in our motto, all our CSR initiatives are conceived in the core areas of Education, Environment and Health to make a meaningful impact in the lives of stakeholders in the society.

For KPCL responsible business is a continual journey by choice. Recent milestones in this journey have been Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, and OHSAS) Certification, aligning CSR initiatives with the CSR Rules as per the new Companies Act and first Sustainability Report 2013-14 (GRI-G4 – Core, Internal). Continuing in this journey of excellence, KPCL has commited its second Sustainability Report 2014-15 (GRI-G4 –Comprehensive Assured, Internal). KPCL drives its CSR initiatives by collaborating with the employee volunteers and the NGO partners. CSR Improvements Roadmap is evolved and deployed with a PDCA focus.
